Austin is member of CBRE’s Investment Properties team where he specializes in the sale of industrial, office, medical office, and land. The team is widely considered to be one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the US. Austin focuses on dispositions and advisory services on behalf of Institutional Clients, High-Net-Worth Owners, Developers and Clients in 1031 Exchanges. Austin is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he earned the Howard B. Drollinger Real Estate Scholarship as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Outside the office, Austin is an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast. He also enjoys mentoring college graduates and young professionals looking to enter the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
