
In 2007, Austin Weisenbeck began his career with Marcus & Millichap specializing in multi and single-tenant net-leased retail and medical investments throughout the Chicago market. He represents corporate, private, and institutional clients in the disposition and acquisition of both investment properties and under-utilized assets. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Austin has closed thousands of transactions in over 36 states with a total value well over $4 billion. In 2009, he formed a partnership with Sean Sharko, a fellow retail and medical specialist from the Oakbrook office. Together they remain dedicated to growing the Sharko|Weisenbeck|Mendoza Group and brand in an effort to continue to expand their reach in the retail and medical investment property marketplace. Austin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as traveling, golfing, and playing tennis.
