Austin has more than four years of commercial real estate experience. He specializes in the sale and acquisition of Net Lease Retail and Shopping Centers. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he worked in Acquisitions at First Washington Realty. Austin is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a minor in Business Intelligence and concentration in Real Estate. He is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He played four years of Division One lacrosse earning USILA Scholar All American and St. Joseph’s University’s Scholar-Athlete Award. He was also 1 out of 20 to be nominated for the Senior CLASS Award, which honors achievements in the community, classroom, character, and competition. He is a native of Olney, MD where he attended Our Lady of Good Counsel High School.
