Austin Ryan

Austin Ryan is an Associate Director who specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation. At Lavista, he focuses on understanding client needs and takes a hands-on approach to site selection and lease negotiation, building trust and lasting relationships along the way. A licensed Georgia real estate agent, Austin is active with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication at the University of Georgia and is an active member of the UGA Alumni Association. Outside of work, Austin enjoys staying active through pickleball, running, hiking, and following his favorite sports teams.
