Austin McLeod serves as Senior Vice President & Associate Director of the Matthews™ Self-Storage Division. Having sold over $500 million worth of storage facilities in 20 different states, Austin works with a wide range of clients – including private investors, developers, private equity funds, and the industry’s largest institutional investment firms. His extensive transaction experience and comprehensive knowledge of the self-storage market have helped Austin form strong relationships in the sector, representing several of the top owner-operators in the sale of facilities. Austin also led the formation of the Self-Storage Division at Matthews™ in 2018, closing the first self-storage transaction in company history. Ultimately – Austin leverages his unrelenting work ethic, track record, relationships, and Matthews™ technology to achieve his client’s goals.
