Austin Lee

Mr. Lee is a Vice President at IRA Capital responsible for leading the senior housing acquisition and investment activities of the company. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Lee worked at Healthpeak Properties (NYSE:PEAK), a publicly traded S&P 500 healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT), where he worked on the investment and asset management teams focusing on seniors housing real estate. During his tenure, Mr. Lee led the formation of a $800M joint venture with a sovereign wealth fund and oversaw more than 200 assets. Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has built strong relationship with top managers and has completed over $2 billion of senior housing transactions. Mr. Lee brings extensive experience in executing the value-add and asset repositioning strategies of the company. Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
