Austin Freeman
Prior to joining Monday Properties in 2009, Mr. Freeman spent 10 years with Tishman Speyer where he worked in a diverse set of markets, including New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. In addition, Mr. Freeman worked at Arthur Anderson & Co in its real estate consulting practice, providing institutional clientele with underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence support for large scale CMBS transactions. Throughout his 20+ year career, Mr. Freeman has established himself as a well-rounded commercial real estate professional, having worked on numerous joint venture and disposition transactions, capital raising and global fund management initiatives, finance, leasing, and asset management functions. Mr. Freeman is a graduate of Ithaca College and earned a Masters in Real Estate from New York University.
