Austin DiCambio is a Principal at DSS Capital Partners, where he focuses on the acquisition, development, and execution of single-tenant net lease investment opportunities across the United States. Prior to founding DSS Capital Partners, Austin held acquisition roles at NETSTREIT and US Restaurant Properties, where he specialized in sourcing, underwriting, evaluating, marketing, and structuring single-tenant net lease transactions. Austin brings extensive experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including underwriting, due diligence, acquisition, and execution. He graduated from the University of Dallas with a degree in Economics and played on the university’s basketball team.
