Austin Cotton

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Austin Cotton was immersed in real estate from an early age, following in the footsteps of his father, Jimbo. He earned his B.B.A. in Real Estate from Baylor University, where he also played on the men’s golf team, and later completed his MBA at St. Edward’s University while continuing his collegiate golf career. Austin’s career began with founding an outdoor apparel company, sharpening his branding expertise, followed by development work with a local contractor that gave him valuable ground-up and TI construction experience. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2021, he has been active in brokerage and development across a variety of product types, gaining valuable experience on all sides of a deal. Austin is passionate about creating real estate solutions that deliver value for both clients and the broader community. His work spans structuring complex deals, introducing new brands to the Austin market, and developing projects that enhance the city’s evolving landscape.
