Austin Che is a commercial real estate broker specializing in Retail Triple Net (NNN) Investments, Single Tenant Net Lease, Multitenant Retail Centers, Shopping Centers, and Net Lease Properties. Since entering commercial real estate in 2020, Austin has completed a multitude of transactions across Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), fast food, automotive, oil change, dollar stores, and other retail investment properties. As a Net Lease Specialist, Austin focuses on helping investors, owners, and buyers evaluate and transact on income-producing retail properties, with an emphasis on location, tenant credit, lease structure, investment fundamentals, and long-term value. Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science/Economics with a minor in Business from the University of California, San Diego (UC San Diego). Outside of commercial real estate, Austin is an accomplished marathon runner, having qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon nine times between 2018 and 2026, with a personal best of 2:32.
