Austin Cassidy is a Senior Analyst with Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Austin supports the brokerage team with financial modeling, market research, and analytical insight to drive informed decision-making for clients. Austin’s focus includes lease analysis, acquisition underwriting, valuation analysis, and the preparation of offering materials and client presentations across office and industrial asset classes. Prior to joining Stream, Austin served as a Regional Financial Analyst at Avison Young, where he supported institutional and enterprise clients with financial modeling, lease analysis, and acquisition underwriting across the U.S. With his background in commercial real estate finance and a specialization in digital infrastructure and data center development, Austin brings a differentiated analytical perspective to the Los Angeles market.
