Austin Brodeur is an Analyst with BGL’s Healthcare Real Estate Sales team. Austin specializes in business development by identifying and engaging with prospective clients to monetize their healthcare real estate assets. Prior to joining BGL, Austin served as a Senior Leasing Agent at Hartman Income REIT where he represented over 1 million square feet of class A/B office properties throughout the San Antonio and Houston markets. His responsibilities included client engagement, commercial lease analysis and lease negotiations. Austin leverages his experience in commercial real estate to perform critical market research and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare real estate owners for BGL.
