Austin Barrett

Austin Barrett is Vice Chairman, Head of Life Sciences in Savills Boston office, and serves as an extension of life sciences companies’ executive teams, providing them the most transparent and strategic guidance for their real estate facilities and operational needs. He is committed to helping clients solve complex real estate issues as they scale their science and people platforms. Austin’s specific industry experience allows him to help source facilities that can accommodate life sciences companies’ needs and allow them to meet their business funding and growth milestones. Austin joined Savills in 2021 following the company’s partnership with T3 Advisors, the leading real estate workplace solutions advisor to life sciences and technology companies. At T3 he served as Managing Partner and established its West Coast operations. Prior to joining T3, Austin spent six years as a leasing executive at real estate developer Boston Properties, where he participated in over 200 lease transactions, totaling over 1.2 million SF.
