Audrey Williams is an Associate Broker at Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty, licensed in both Wyoming and Idaho. Directly after graduating from Boston College, Audrey returned to Jackson Hole, obtained her Wyoming Real Estate License in 2008 and joined a local media conglomerate where she focused solely on real estate marketing. She later connected with a luxury boutique brokerage as their creative director, specializing in high-end vacation rentals and real estate sales, and was responsible for significant market share growth during that time. As an Associate Broker at Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty, Audrey consistently represents many luxury property owners and buyers. Formerly a Strategic Marketing Advisor for the company, she continues to draw on her past experience to get the most exposure for her listings. Her marketing initiatives have taken her listings to the forefront with editorial features within Mansion Global, The Washington Post, and the front page of the Wall Street Journal's Mansion section. Buyers enjoy Audrey's contract negotiation skills and thoughtful due diligence process from start to finish. Audrey is passionate about marketing highly unique properties, providing counsel to developers navigating Teton County's land development regulations, and devoted to finding creative solutions for all properties and parties involved. Audrey is active in the real estate industry and the Jackson Hole community. In 2016, the Teton Board of Realtors named Audrey as the Chair to the Political Affairs Committee, an opportunity which she used to elevate the industry's knowledge directly affecting your property rights. Currently, she is the Secretary of the Teton Board of Realtors, where she provides leadership to one of Wyoming's largest trade organizations.
