Audrey W. Berne has been a commercial real estate broker since 1988, joining The Colorado Group, Inc in 1992. She is consistently a top producer, well known as a skilled and knowledgeable broker, and considered a “heavy hitter” in the Boulder County commercial real estate market. Audrey is especially adept in her ability to identify and focus on the requirements of property owners, tenants, and investors; providing strategic advice to help them achieve their goals. Her interpersonal skills combined with mastery in negotiating and closing transactions are invaluable when working with buyers and sellers in stabilizing and developing their properties.
