Asli is in Investment Sales specializing in Multifamily and Student Housing, ranging from boutique apartments to institutional level communities, from investments to redevelopments. With nearly a decade of experience in CRE, she has developed a solid foundation while overseeing more than $250MM in transactions. She holds an MBA, which was awarded as a full scholarship, and is passionate about guiding clients through each phase of the investment; acquisition and due diligence to disposition and reinvestment implementing strategies reflecting the given opportunity set. She delivers strong results and leverages her relations, comprehensive market data and innovative marketing techniques to maximize value for both buyers and sellers. Asli began her CRE career in Marcus & Millichap in Multifamily transactions, later working in Tenant Representation at JLL and joined St Croix Capital Companies in 2019.
