Ashley Wells Panaccione

Ms. Wells provides the Investment Committee with real estate market data as part of the acquisition underwriting process. She also works in conjunction with the Legal Department to review the condition of properties prior to acquisition, and oversees the ongoing valuations of properties to ensure that they comply with financial reporting requirements. Ms. Wells joined Realty Income in June 2013 as Director of Research, was promoted to Associate Vice President, Research in 2014, and to her current position in 2015. Prior to joining Realty Income, Ms. Wells was a Senior Associate with KPMG, LLP. At KPMG she worked within the Economic and Valuation Services group, which focused on the valuation of real estate for financial and tax purposes for many of the firm’s corporate REIT clients. She has contributed to valuation and consulting studies on tangible assets of residential and commercial real estate development including hotels, destination resorts, golf courses, major office buildings, shopping centers, manufacturing/distribution centers, residential developments, and undeveloped land in excess of $40 billion. Ms. Wells received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from San Diego State University.
