Ashley Selers

Ashley Selers joined Phillips Edison and Company in 2016 as a Financial Analyst in their Finance Department located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Three years later, she relocated to Utah and joined PECO’s Leasing Team in the West. She was recently promoted to the title of Leasing Professional after executing over 80 leases in just a few years with credit quality tenants such as Starbucks, Buffs City Soaps, Cava, Nekter Juice, AT&T, and many more quality credit tenants increasing NOI and upgrading the merchandising at each asset. Ashley is responsible for leasing 18 properties across Dallas-Fort Worth, New Mexico, and Kansas and in her time in leasing has generated over $4.5M in first year rent.
