Prior to starting her own firm with the Brockan Missel Group and joining KW Commercial, Ms. Missel worked with Newmark Pearson Commercial (a sister company of Newmark Knight Frank) in Fresno, California, where she specialized in leasing and the sale of Commercial Real Estate, particularly office properties. She represented and serviced the needs of sellers, investors, developers, landlords and tenants. Ms. Missel began her Commercial career with Coldwell Banker Intercoastal Realty in Savannah, GA. Here she became known for providing 5-star service to her clients. She went onto complete numerous transactions awarding her the Distinguished Sales Society Award through Savannah, GA. A California native turned Southern through marriage, Ashley and her family have eagerly decided to plant their roots here in Chattanooga, TN.
