Ashley Layfield
After seventeen years of serving students and their families as a public school educator, I entered real estate prepared to utilize the skills I learned in the school system: familiarity with the latest technology, emotional intelligence needed for interacting with clients and negotiating deals, and the ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment. As a Licensed Sales Associate, I believe in lifelong learning. I understand that being an expert at anything takes consistent work, research, and practice. For this reason, I love being a member of the McGraw REALTORS® Hot Springs office, because the company shares this same drive for professional growth and excellence. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy taking road trips with my husband and children in our converted school bus/RV, writing songs with my sister, and visiting the attractions of our beautiful hometown, Hot Springs.
