Ashley grew up in Raleigh and has lived in Holly Springs, Willow Spring and Garner, so she is well versed with the area. She loves the weather and being in between the mountains and the beach! She really enjoys all the local parks and lakes in the area. She has three fur babies, Lulu, Missy, and Ella (Standard Poodles) and they enjoy walks, water activities and weekend trips to the beach. She also has a horse and a pony (Princess and Annabella), she loves to groom, ride, and spend time outside with them. She received a bachelor’s degree from Campbell University in 2012 and has a background in interior design and office management. She is a fully licensed NC Broker in commercial and residential real estate. Ashley owns and manages her two SFH rentals, horse farm and triplex and matches her investors with the tools to manage their rentals or a property manager. She also helps investors do yearly assessments of their local properties to make sure all are preforming for them and if not plans to swap them out for a property that will fit better in their portfolio.
