With over 17 years of professional experience, Asher specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease assets and has successfully transacted on roughly $3 billion of investment properties nationwide. Before joining SAB Capital, Asher held prominent positions at leading firms in the real estate investment sector. Most recently, he served as a Senior Vice President at Northmarq, following its acquisition of Stan Johnson Company in 2022, where Asher was a Partner. Prior to that, Asher was a Senior Director at Avison Young, where he led their net lease investment sales platform.
