Ash Williams

Born and raised in Concord, Massachusetts, Ash has 16 years of real estate experience. He specializes in condominium sales, leasing, investment properties, and new development projects. Ash received his Bachelor’s degree from Connecticut College in 2004 and his MBA from the University of Miami in 2017. In October of 2021, he assisted his boss, Frank Celeste, in the off market sale of the Beacon Hill Pub (along with 2 adjacent apartment buildings) for $8.5MM. Ash spent more than 10 years in Manhattan working with developers, brokers, investors, and public/private companies. He focused on acquisitions, capital sourcing, leasing, sales, asset management, new development, investor relations, and condominium conversions. He also has experience working on Nantucket and in Concord, Massachusetts, building spec houses. Finally, he spent time in Houston, Texas managing mineral rights and land. Ash works with a network of real estate attorneys, financial advisors, lenders and local contractors to deliver a concierge experience for his clients. As a former D3 athlete, Ash enjoys all sports, specifically sailing, and the outdoors. He also is active in helping nonprofits with strategy and business development. Ash currently resides on the waterfront in the North End and is a member of the North End / Waterfront Residents Association (NEWRA).
