Arun’s knowledge of the Florida real estate market runs deep. He personally started investing in real estate almost two decades ago. He turned his passion of real estate into a career by joining one of the world’s most trusted real estate firms – Coldwell Banker as a licensed Realtor® in 2016. He then transitioned to Realty Pros Assured, where he was awarded the prestigious Executive Club award reserved for the firm’s top producing agents for multiple years. In 2023, he became a licensed Real Estate Broker and started his own Brokerage – Florida Investment Realty. Arun specializes in residential, commercial and Investment properties. In addition to the local real estate market, he also specializes in out of state and foreign investors as he has in depth knowledge of the needs and requirements of investors.
