With over 26 years of commercial real estate experience, Arthur has been involved in management, leasing, sales and development of retail properties as well as Tenant Representation. Currently, the market has provided involvement in site selection work with national credit, single tenant developments as well as land assemblages for large retail centers including grocery anchored centers. Mr. Perlen specializes in retail leasing and sales in the greater Nashville, TN market and provides commercial real estate services on an exclusive and/or special assignment basis in other markets in Tennessee and the Southeast Region. His responsibilities include landlord representation, tenant representation, outparcel sales and investment sales. Perlen also has experience with investment property sales especially in the area of single tenant retail real estate. Perlen has extensive experience as a retail investor and manager, having purchased and managed numerous retail properties for his own account.
