Arthur Dedeyan launched his real estate career in 1995 after earning his degree from Concordia University. He began in investment real estate at Coldwell Banker’s Montreal office before relocating to Southern California, where he continued to grow his expertise with Colliers International. Today, Arthur serves clients as part of KW Commercial at the Americana at Brand office in Glendale. With nearly three decades of experience, Arthur has successfully closed approximately $100 million in investment property transactions. While his portfolio includes land, shopping centers, and a variety of leased investments, his true passion lies in multifamily apartment buildings.
