Art Smith

Art Smith is a Managing Partner with Cress Capital. Mr. Smith brings over 30 years of broad commercial real estate experience encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, entitlement work, executive level property management positions, construction management, development, leasing and environmental remediation to Cress Capital. Prior to joining Cress Capital, Mr. Smith served as Director of Acquisitions at The Voit Companies, a 40-year old full-service commercial real estate firm with over $36 billion of transactions completed since formation. Prior to Voit Mr. Smith served as the regional director for Orange and San Diego Counties for CBRE Real Estate Management. Mr. Smith is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a past president of the Orange County Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
