In the 3.5 years Clayton and Clayton Real Estate developed 98 lots with sewer, water, streets, built 50 luxury Townhomes, and sold 48 of the 50 townhouses. In 2009 Clayton & Clayton Real Estate and the family formed Clayton Fine Homes, LLC., a residential building company. The company built and closed four custom homes.
