Arris Noble

Arris Noble joined SRS in 2024 and is a Managing Principal in Washington, D.C. He has extensive experience introducing innovative restaurant concepts to D.C.'s most coveted neighborhoods, including Georgetown and DuPont Circle. He has represented acclaimed Michelin-starred and chef-driven restaurants, as well as a diverse range of retailers, from fitness and medical to boutique shops. He has also assisted with the strategy and execution of significant urban and suburban retail developments. Prior to joining SRS, Arris was Senior Vice President of JLL’s Washington D.C retail brokerage team. He has uniqe insight and knowledge of retail agency leasing, tenant representation, site analysis and acquisition, financial analysis, asset management, development, tenant rollouts, and construction.
