Aron Rosenberg

Aron Rosenberg is the President, Founder, and CEO of R&B Realty Group, a full-service real estate management firm. Under his leadership, R&B Realty has expanded its role to successfully manage multiple commercial real estate assets across various states for their owners. Rosenberg began his real estate career in 1998 with the purchase of a 40,000-square-foot distribution center in Irvington, New Jersey. In 2002, he acquired three mixed-use office and retail properties in Manhattan’s Garment and Flatiron districts, totaling approximately 150,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail space managed by R&B Realty. In recent years, he has acquired and financed nearly 500,000 square feet of space in Florida, Ohio, and New Jersey. A significant recent achievement includes the completion of construction on one of Miami’s newest office buildings in the trendy Wynwood/Midtown neighborhood, north of downtown Miami. The Gateway at Wynwood features about 195,000 square feet of leasable Class A office space and nearly 25,900 square feet of prime street-level retail space. The exceptional performance of the real estate portfolio has led Rosenberg to further expand the commercial portfolio along the eastern seaboard, encompassing standalone retail buildings as well as ground-up developments.
