
Aron Cline joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as an Executive Vice President and Managing Principal in Newport Beach. Aron advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of retail, industrial, and medical investment properties including net leased properties and shopping centers nationwide. He has been engaged in the commercial real estate space since 2011 and has been publicly recognized for his success receiving several awards such as Real Estate Forum’s Top Retail Sales Broker, GlobeSt’s Influencers in Net Lease, and Los Angeles Business Journal’s Broker of the Year Award. Prior to joining SRS, Aron was a partner at Berkeley Capital Advisors. He also previously served as executive vice president and senior director at Matthew Real Estate Investment Services. Over the past five years Aron and his team have become a dominant player in the net lease sale-leaseback space. Aron has been involved in over 2,100 transactions nationally with an aggregate value of $6 billion.
