He has successfully advised REITs, developers, public and private companies, family offices, franchisees, DST sponsors, and high net worth investors. His expertise spans diverse retail and industrial sectors, including net-leased restaurants, automotive properties, grocery stores, dollar stores, medical facilities, Walgreens portfolios, and FedEx distribution centers. Prior to working with Surmount, Armond worked at Marcus & Millichap where he originated and executed net-lease transactions, conducted in-depth market research, and provided strategic investment solutions. He graduated cum laude from the University of California, Riverside.
