Since joining the firm as an intern in 2021, he has advised on a range of transactions including net lease single-tenant assets and multi-tenant retail centres anchored by national tenants. Recognized for his advisory-focused approach and deep understanding of the retail investment landscape, Armaan is a trusted partner to investors and property owners seeking strategic insight and market-driven opportunities. He has been entrusted with mandates in over 50 markets across B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan, developing strong market knowledge across both primary and secondary markets.
