Aris Lazarou

Born and raised here in Las Vegas, Aris Graduated from Faith Lutheran High School. He then went on to graduate from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S. in Business and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. During his time at UNR Aris started a student storage company Pack City Storage. He successfully facilitated the pickup and delivery of over 1500 boxes over the course of his Junior and Senior years. He earned his Real Estate Sales license in 2017 and hung with a commercial brokerage in Reno upon graduation. Aris then went on to help the family business, Mastroianni Fashions in Las Vegas. Shadowing the owner, Aris oversaw all aspects of the business: manufacturing, finance, sales, and marketing. Traveling to Asia and Europe, Aris helped launch a new product line "LAZAROU". Aris went on to build out the e-commerce arm of the business, implementing a network of softwares that allows all items to available for sale everywhere. Stepping into a leadership role, he helped grow the business 15% YOY in his 4 years there. He also represented Mastroianni Fashions in the purchase of their Decatur Location, and prepared the financials necessary for the loan. He also helped negotiate the lease of their Summerlin Location.
