Ari Kolas

Ari is a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a BA economics and an MBA (Marketing Concentration) from the University of St. Thomas. Ari’s experience includes the startup of several businesses including the local chain of Apollo Liquor Stores and Convenience stores, which he grew to a chain of 6 liquor stores and 3 convenience stores. Ari joined Hamilton Real Estate Group in 2018 and joined the ownership as a principal in 2021. In addition to an active career in commercial sales and development, he also continues to manage various real estate ventures for his family including hotels in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Iowa; office and retail buildings; and other real estate development projects. He is active in Rotary International and is a chair on the executive committee of the annual Greek Festival in Rochester, MN.
