Arden was born and raised in Louisville, Ohio, where he continues to live and serve his community. A proud graduate of Louisville High School (Class of 1978) and The Ohio State University (Class of 1980), Arden brings over 37 years of experience in real estate, specializing in both residential and commercial transactions. His extensive knowledge and deep local roots make him a trusted advisor to clients throughout Ohio. Throughout his career, Arden has represented countless buyers and sellers with professionalism, integrity, and results-driven service. He has held multiple leadership roles with the Stark County Board of Realtors, including Director, Secretary, Vice President, and twice as President. His dedication to excellence has earned him numerous awards, including the prestigious Realtor of the Year from the Ohio Association of Realtors — an honor recognizing his success and charitable contributions through the Have a Heart Charitable Foundation. Arden is also deeply involved in the Louisville community. He has served as both President and President-Elect of the Louisville YMCA and sits on its Board of Directors. Additionally, he has co-chaired the beloved Snowflake Benefit Auction for several years, helping to support local families and programs. Outside of real estate and community service, Arden enjoys life on his farm, where he raises registered Black Angus cattle. He’s especially proud of his 30 head of cattle that graze peacefully on his land in Louisville. Arden works alongside his wife and business partner, Lisa. Together, they have two children, AJ and Alissa, and Arden is also a proud father to two older daughters, Cassie and Jenna, as well as a proud grandfather to three grandchildren.
