Development management and acquisition has been a steady source of investment return for Crown Mark’s clients. In 2015, Ara also had represented tenant and landlords in over 100,000 square feet of leasing and sales. Ara’s work ethic, passion, dedication, honesty, reliability, and genuine care have led him to create and foster life long relationships with his clients. Ara has successfully managed and brokered millions dollars of real estate and still devotes his times to different chambers, community programs and charities. Ara was raised in Glendale and currently resides in La Canada Flintridge where he serves on the design commission for the city.
