A native of Michigan, April has resided in New Mexico since 1980. Her early experience began as a Healthcare Practice Management Consultant and later advanced her work to include Law Firms and Sub-Specialty Healthcare Practices. She traveled much of the southwest region as a Business Management Consultant assisting Physicians and Lawyers with strategic planning to enhance their business profitability. April received her Qualifying Broker's License in 1994 allowing her to offer clients a more comprehensive and value added approach to Real Estate by combining her background in Business Consulting. Her current client portfolio consists of Doctors, Lawyers, Dentists, Sub-Specialty Healthcare Practitioners, Investors, and Developers. April Specializes in Acquisitions and Dispositions including, but not limited to: Seller Representation; Buyer Representation; Leasing; Brokerage; Sale/Leaseback; Site Selection; relocation and Property Valuation. April has extensive experience with Healthcare Real Estate Strategic Planning and successful results with MOB Design and Implementation. She recently celebrated the 2017 Grand Opening of the 90,000+/- SF MOB for Davita Medical Group in Albuquerque, NM. April has facilitated thousands of real estate transactions since 1994 and continues to consult with Medical and Legal professionals to assist with their real estate portfolio and investments. She brings a comprehensive understanding of the current changes in the Real Estate Market and the Development Process to all of the transactions with which she is involved.
