Anthony N. Brady
Responsible for acquiring, developing, managing, and financing millions of square feet
Mr. Brady founded Somerset Properties in 1996 and has been in commercial real estate business since 1980. During his career he has been responsible for acquiring, developing, managing, and financing millions of square feet of commercial office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties in the U.S. Prior to forming Somerset Properties, in 1986 Mr. Brady was co-founder and President of Penn Square Properties, a Philadelphia full-service real estate firm. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, Mr. Brady started his career in Washington, D.C. in 1980 where he worked for the development firm Interstate General Corporation where he built and managed office, retail and multi-family projects in DC and MD. He then joined the Investment Division of Smithy Braeden as a mortgage broker for commercial properties in DC, VA & MD. Mr. Brady holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, and is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
