Anthony Tedesco

Anthony (“Tony”) Tedesco is a senior Commercial Real Estate Executive with more than 40 years of proven experience delivering results across investment sales, leasing, land development, property management and portfolio management. He has represented both owners and tenants across virtually all commercial asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, land development, mixed-use portfolios, regional malls, retail shopping centers, Class A office, and mission-critical data center environments. Tony currently serves as President and Qualifying Broker of Crye-Leike Commercial in Atlanta, where he has led the firm in it’s Georgia operations for more than 17 years. In this role, he oversees commercial sales, leasing, and property management operations. He is widely recognized for his ability to reduce operating expenses while improving service delivery, utilizing disciplined RFP processes, strategic vendor leverage, advanced building technologies, management controls, and sustainability initiatives. Tony is known for his uncanny ability to see two or three moves ahead in complex transactions and is renowned as a highly skilled and successful deal negotiator. Even in the most challenging circumstances, he consistently brings deals to the finish line by balancing creativity, discipline, risk mitigation, and client advocacy. Reducing portfolio operating costs while simultaneously increasing service levels is a complex and delicate challenge Tony has mastered. Team building, collaboration, and aligning internal and external resources into high-performing, synergistic partnerships are among his core competencies and professional passions. Prior to Crye-Leike Commercial, Tony held senior leadership roles with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he managed a major EDS corporate real estate portfolio in North Carolina, and later oversaw the Equifax real estate portfolio across North America, including office facilities and mission-critical data centers. His responsibilities included lease administration, transaction management, project management, and operational oversight across more than 50 gross-lease locations nationwide, as well as day-to-day operations for Equifax’s Georgia data center and office campuses. Earlier in his career, Tony served as Director of Operations for General Growth Properties (GGP), managing Perimeter Mall, a 1.7-million-square-foot regional mall with four national anchor tenants and more than 225 retail stores—one of the Southeast’s premier retail destinations. As Founder and Principal of Tedesco Associates, Inc., Tony led corporate strategy and execution for leasing, sales, business development, property management, maintenance, and construction services across retail, commercial, and industrial properties. The firm completed full demolition and turnkey tenant buildouts, operated across six upstate New York markets, employed 65 professionals, and maintained a fleet of 75 service vehicles. In addition to his commercial real estate career, Tony brings a distinguished public-service background. He served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department, investigating local, state, and federal crimes, and later became a Certified New York State Police Instructor at the regional police academy. Tony also served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) in the Air Force Reserve and was awarded the United States Air Force Commendation Medal for his work on sensitive investigative assignments. Tony’s career reflects a rare combination of executive leadership, experience, operational discipline, negotiation expertise, and integrity, making him a trusted advisor to property owners, investors, tenants, and institutional clients nationwide.
