Anthony Rittwager, CCIM, SIOR

Anthony’s real estate career began in 2009 with an initial focus on underwriting, syndications, and tax accounting. Prior to Bussel Realty he practiced at Newmark, Marcus & Millichap, WithumSmith+Brown, a family trucking business in Texas, and various executive support roles in the private equity space after flight training at Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst. His strategic development experience offers a unique perspective in advisory services. Anthony holds a Master’s “with Distinction” in Business Education and a Bachelor’s in Accounting. The application of predictive analytics in industrial real estate services is one of his primary concentrations. In his spare time he has vice-chaired a Scottish Rite Children’s Dyslexia Center's Board of Governors and facilitated schizophrenia research funding for Yale University.
