I hold a professional degree in architecture from NYIT and have spent more than three decades training under licensed architects. Over the past 36 years, I’ve built companies dedicated to urban planning and entitlements, with a focus on addressing outdated zoning codes. In several cases, my vision for urban and rural revitalization has directly contributed to updating zoning codes that had not been revised in more than 50 years. My personal mission is centered on empowering the next generation. I believe our children must be equipped with the skills to thrive in a competitive global economy, while our communities need access to sustainable, affordable housing and neighborhood-based business opportunities. By fostering local entrepreneurship and job creation, we can strengthen the foundation of community growth. Guided by the belief that education is the cornerstone of success, I founded and funded 901 Hub, a community Think Tank. This collaborative space brings together businesses, entrepreneurs, and residents to generate innovative solutions for the challenges we face daily. What makes 901 Hub truly impactful is that these solutions don’t remain ideas—they are carried out through collective effort and community action. Witnessing the real-world impact of these initiatives has been deeply rewarding and continues to fuel my passion for building stronger, more resilient communities.
