Anthony Oliva

Anthony Oliva serves as an Associate in Newmark’s Pittsburgh office where he works on the Industrial Property Team led by Executive Managing Director, Louis V. Oliva, CCIM, SIOR. Anthony focuses on Tenant and Landlord Representation Assignments, Buyer and Seller Representation Assignments, business development and cultivating new and existing relationships. Anthony joined Newmark in 2021 as an intern in Industrial Property Research and started in Industrial Property transactions in 2023. He is currently involved in the marketing of over 1,100,000 SF of industrial property assignments throughout the Pittsburgh market.
