As a resident of Lakewood Ranch, Mazzucca is very active in the community. Currently, he is a board member of Manatee County Chamber Downtown Redevelopment Agency; member of the Sarasota and Manatee County Economic Development Agencies; member of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce; and a member of Tampa Bay Partnership. He is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the International Council of Shopping Center. Mazzucca earned a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Lehigh University. He is licensed in New York and a certified public accountant. Mazzucca serves on the Leadership Committee of his church and is active in the promotion of affordable housing.
