Anthony Manginelli
Anthony S. Manginelli is a Senior Vice President at CBRE (NYSE: CBRE), the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. Based in Manhattan, Anthony has partnered with his clients to develop multi-faceted real estate strategies across the globe. Since joining the firm in 2015, Anthony has established himself as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to institutional investors, world-class developers and landlords, and growing businesses. In his role at CBRE, Anthony leverages his market expertise and collaborative approach, curating all of CBRE’s service lines to deliver tailored solutions for his clients. His responsibilities include domestic and international transaction management, portfolio optimization, and guiding clients as they refine their real estate obligations and corporate occupancy strategy. In addition to his occupier work, Anthony was a key member of the team representing Related Companies, Oxford Properties, and Mitsui Fudosan during the lease-up at Hudson Yards - the largest private development in U.S. history. Anthony has also represented prominent landlords, including Paramount Group (1633 Broadway - 2.5 MSF) and BGO (685 Third Avenue - 715 KSF). Anthony proudly holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, where he graduated cum laude. Anthony is also an Executive MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, a member of the Class of 2027, and a recipient of the Executive Promise Fellowship. He is active in several industry organizations, including the Real Estate Board of New York, serving as Co-Chair to the Midtown West Penn Plaza Committee (2021 - 2023). Anthony regularly participates in thought leadership events and panels, sharing insights on trends shaping the future of the commercial real estate industry. Outside of his work with CBRE, Anthony is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and giving back to the community. Since 2015, he has been actively involved with the Melanoma Research Foundation, serving as a Co-Chair and Committee Member, helping the MRF raise funds to tackle the fight against skin cancer. Anthony resides in Hoboken, NJ, with his wife Carly, son Sonny, and puppy Luna. In his free time, Anthony enjoys scuba diving with the goal of exploring shipwrecks worldwide. Some of his recent dives have included the USS Spiegel Grove (Key Largo, FL), Stolt Dagali (Point Pleasant, NJ), and the S.S. Mohawk (Point Pleasant, NJ).
