Anthony Mancuso

Tony Mancuso is a trusted global real estate advisor with more than 23 years of experience serving Washington, DC and Maryland. Known for his discretion, market intelligence, and steady record of performance, he has represented clients in over $500 million in transaction volume. He is co-founder of the Daly Mancuso Group, a partnership defined by long-standing client relationships and a highly tailored approach. Mr. Mancuso’s leadership within the industry is both established and influential. He served as President of the DC Association of Realtors in 2023 and continues to shape regional policy as Chair of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) Public Policy Committee for DC, as well as through his role with the Maryland Realtors RPAC Trustees Committee. Earlier in his career, he worked in broadcast media with Westwood One Sports and CBS Radio and was involved in political campaigns—experience that informs his measured, strategic approach to advising clients. A lifelong Washingtonian, Mr. Mancuso attended high school on Capitol Hill and later matriculated to the University of Maryland.
