Anthony LoPresti

Anthony LoPresti is a Managing Director specializing in Transaction Management at Cushman & Wakefield’s Midtown Manhattan office. Throughout his career, Mr. LoPresti has represented a wide range of tenants, from single-office occupiers to multi-national corporations, in the development and implementation of leasing and occupancy strategies for office space. This includes strategic planning, site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiations. Mr. LoPresti also represents landlords in the underwriting, marketing and leasing of their commercial assets, resulting in increased values and returns for investors. Regardless of the type of assignment, Mr. LoPresti always takes a holistic and consultative approach to solving his clients’ problems. Previously, Mr. LoPresti served as Senior Vice President at Avison Young where he was a critical member of the leasing team that represented RXR Realty at 530 Fifth Avenue, as well as Clarion Partners and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners in the repositioning of 211 E. 43rd Street. Prior to Avison Young, Mr. LoPresti was part of the Global Brokerage team at CBRE Group, where he was recognized as a top producer.
