Anthony Gambardella

Anthony Gambardella has worked with both landlords and tenants on all kinds of commercial transactions. His consulting background covers shopping center management, development and redevelopment, operations, leasing, construction, retailer and REIT portfolio valuation, mixed-use project design, property and lease negotiations, leasehold valuation, trade area analysis, location strategy, company acquisitions or sales, due diligence for investors and developers, and strategies for expansion or downsizing. A Staten Island native, he moved to Port Saint Lucie in the late eighties, bringing experience from running various commercial properties he owned. A retired restaurateur, he married his wife Anne in 1987 and has coached sports in St. Lucie for his two children. Before joining REMAX Commercial GOLD, he was with Coldwell Banker Commercial Paradise from 2009 and Treasure Coast Commercial Real Estate, Inc. His credentials include membership in the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors®, serving as Past President in 2011, Finance Committee Chair, Leadership Academy member, e-Pro Technology, CIPS, Governmental Affairs Committee Chair, Past Chair of the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) and member of its Golden “R” Hall of Fame and President’s Circle. He has also served as Treasurer of the Realtor Association, Chair of the Commercial Society of Research Coast (CSRC), Board member of the Florida Association of Realtors (FR) and its Finance Committee, Regional Multiple Listing Service Board member, National Association of Realtors (NAR) Board member from 2020 to 2023, and NAR Chair of the Commercial Economic Issues and Trends Forum in 2022.
