
Anthony D’Ambrosia is a Managing Director, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Anthony joined the NNN Pro Group in 2014 and currently focuses on representing developers, family offices and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties. With a core focus in the Northeast, Anthony is in constant contact with local developers and owners. In the last two years alone, Anthony has represented buyers and sellers on more than $960 million worth of net lease real estate, with clients ranging from one-off owners to large real estate institutions. Prior to graduating Muhlenberg College, Anthony worked with a special events merchandising company based out of New Haven, CT. He was tasked with selecting sites for the retail pop up stores in major cities across the country. Anthony took this experience and understanding of the fundamentals of retail real estate into a career with the NNN Pro Group.
