Anthony 'Butch' Lagred

Anthony “Butch” Lagred is the Founding Partner and Managing Broker of Texas Triangle CRE, a company established in 2026 to deliver exceptional commercial real estate services across the Texas Triangle region. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran and proud USAF Thunderbird Alumni, Butch brings the discipline, integrity, and commitment honed during his Air Force service into every aspect of his work. Butch began his real estate career in 2015 with Marcus & Millichap, dedicating himself fully to investment sales. Fast forward to 2026, he co-founded Texas Triangle CRE, where he now leads the firm with a deep commitment to client success across San Antonio, Houston, and the broader Texas Triangle. Over the past 11 years, Butch has successfully completed over 500 transactions totaling more than 4 million square feet and over $100 million in sales volume. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve his clients with responsive service, thoughtful market expertise, and dedicated negotiation on their behalf. Butch was honored as CoStar's 2024 Power Broker – Individual Retail and served as Chair of the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® Commercial Committee in 2022. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and the USAF Thunderbird Alumni Association. A proud Texas resident since retiring from the Air Force in 2012, Butch remains involved in the community through volunteering and charitable initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and spending quality time with friends & family.
